Black Soybean Dip with Fresh Jalapeno Pepper


15 oz Black Soybeans
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp Vinegar
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbsp red onion
2 tsp fresh parsley
1 small jalapeno pepper

Place all ingredients in a food processor, and blend until smooth and creamy, adding the bean cooking liquid a little at a time until it is the right consistency. Serve with Vegetables
